I work at Shard Development Team as a project developer and project leader since December 2024. Shard Development Team is a small software and web development company co-founded by a friend and me, built on the principle of delivering clean, reliable code and shipping it to clients efficiently.

As Project Leader, I oversee the entire project lifecycle—from gathering client requirements and designing system architecture to task allocation, implementation, and deployment ensuring every deliverable meets high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability. I also coordinate the team to prioritize features, unblock technical challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring that the final product not only functions flawlessly but also solves real business problems.

I worked at CollarAi as a Software Developer on a high-impact project that, for legal reasons, cannot disclose the client nor the specific objectives. My role focused on architecting and developing both the Backend and Frontend of the system.

I was responsible for designing scalable architectures, implementing robust APIs, and building responsive user interfaces. Working within a confidential environment required adapting quickly to changing requirements and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while maintaining strict data security and privacy standards.
